1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WhoCaller application or visiting whocallerapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

2. License Grant & Lawful Usage

WhoCaller grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with applicable laws. You agree NOT to:

• Use call recording features in violation of consent laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Deploy Parental Family Shield features on adult devices without explicit consent.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or circumvent the hardware license verification mechanisms.

3. Credits Usage & Postpaid Billing Architecture

WhoCaller operates under a transparent, postpaid Credits Usage Metering system in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹):

• Chargeable Services: Only active usage of Dual-Voice Call Recording (₹0.40/min) and Parental Family Shield GPS (₹0.25/min) accrue spend.
• Zero Idle Drain: When features are not actively processing audio or GPS streams, rate is 0 paise.
• Free & Included Core: Caller ID, T9 Smart Dialer, Aggressive Spam Defense, and Smart Emergency Call Alarms are 100% Free & Unlimited.
• Cycle Invoicing & Settle: An itemized invoice is generated at the end of each 30-day cycle. Invoices are payable via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking).
• Overdue Policy: Unpaid overdue invoices may temporarily pause access to metered compute features until settled.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While WhoCaller implements carrier-grade telemarketer heuristics, we do not guarantee 100% identification of every spoofed caller ID due to telecom network variances.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru/Chennai, India.
