Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Pay-As-You-Go Credits

WhoCaller does not charge recurring locked subscription fees. Charges accrue exclusively on a per-minute postpaid basis for active use of Dual-Voice Call Recording (₹0.40/min) and Family Shield GPS (₹0.25/min). When services are idle, charges are ₹0.00.

2. Cancellation of Service

You may stop using metered features at any time without cancellation penalties. Simply turn off Call Recording or leave the Parental Group. No further credits spend will accrue.

3. Disputed Charges & Metering Inaccuracies

If you observe a discrepancy in your itemized ledger or believe an invoice was computed incorrectly:

• Submit a billing dispute within 14 days of invoice generation to billing@whocallerapp.com with your Hardware Device ID or Invoice ID.
• Our engineering team will audit the cloud compute ledger logs within 2 business days.
• If an overcharge is verified, a direct refund or credit adjustment will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment source (UPI account / Bank Card) within 5-7 business days.
